I mention this because in the process of helping people obtain mortgages, we have run into the above and have provided solutions that then allowed our clients to get their loans funded.

What allows me to do that is: 

  • In the past I trained for the Series 65 Investment Advisor Exam.

  • I used to be a licensed Life Insurance Professional.

  • I am a fully licensed Real Estate Broker with experience in: commercial, leasing, listings, property syndications, capital fundraising, and more.

  • And of course a fully trained and licensed Mortgage Broker, our core activity.

  • Our Processing Staff is simply one of the best in the Industry.

  • Our Escrow Partner has seen it all and can handle pretty much anything we throw at her team. 

We offer help with Real Estate issues, internally we call this "Property Rescue".

Most of our customers have no idea that this is an optional service we offer because we include it automatically as part of our Mortgage Process.

Occasionally we have offered the Property Rescue as a stand alone service for customers that had nowhere to go for help. In that case, since there was no mortgage transaction, we have priced it as a real estate consultation.

You may or may not need any of the above, but I wanted to make you aware that doing mortgages is only part of the overall package that we offer and there is more that we can do - if you ever need it.
